40 Before 40

Hi! It's my birthday today. I'm 39... and that's OK. Now that the big 4-0 looms large, I'm ready to commit to a 40 before 40 list. I wrote one a while ago but my heart just wasn't in it (and my inner procrastinator needs shorter deadlines). I did, however, enjoy making homemade marshmallows and being reminded that I have, in fact broken the law. Anyway, here it is, in no particular order... 40 before 40 (version 2.0):

Updates.

  • Clean and organize the basement
  • Go to Ikea

  • Hike to "the A" from home
  • Decorate the master bedroom
  • Make rhubarb jam
  • Learn how to french braid
  • Set up a composting station
  • Lose 50 lbs (so easy to type... so hard to do) 1.2 down.... 48.8 to go
