C's in her last year of middle school. Next year she'll be in high school where the girls are mean and the boys are hairy. Never mind, let's save that breakdown for a year from now (but seriously, it's not fair to a mom of a teenage girl to live next door to a family with two teenage boys who play lots o' sports, and you know... look and act the part!). I'm pretty sure C doesn't mind that they live there one bit. Shit.
R is in his last year of elementary school. That's probably for the best. He's been obsessively organized so far this year. I think an alien may have taken over his body. Seems like a perfectly lovely alien. I think we'll keep him. He's loving school so far this year. Hear that? He's loving school so far this year! Big money, no whammies!
A is a third grader. She thinks a lot of what they do is babyish. I'm guessing they haven't done an awful lot of math yet and really, how many "get to know you" games is a sensible girl expected to tolerate? A's answer: One - and it had better be a good one!
Me? Walking, chafing, working, laundering. It's all good (except the chafing).
