One week of summer break has come and gone. So far, so good. Between swim team and music events we've really had very little downtime. When there have been extended periods of unscheduled time, the kids have been at the neighborhood pool. Awesome. Swimming - 1, Bickering Children - 0. Double awesome.
I have big plans to do some "before and after" stories about my fabulous organizing and purging activities this summer. I was just putting some of A's clothes away in her dresser and found 4T underwear. She's about to turn 9.
I suck.
But... we've already established that, haven't we. I'm actually in great spirits despite a busy schedule, messy house, and jiggly midsection. I think that's a good thing.
