Christmas cards

I didn't quite manage it this year. Maybe it's because I feel like I'm writing a daily Christmas card here on el blog-o. Maybe it's because I'm a scrooge (though I may be in recovery). Maybe it's because I'm lazy.

Even so, I really enjoyed getting cards from (OGD-readers) Chris n' Bacca, Mavis LeBlanc and family, The Cochrans, Tracy+family, G-parents, and the Fannins. It's nice to hear what's up with you and to see all of your smiling faces.

...and yes, MAV, she's a dead ringer for Cindy Lou Who!

  1. ok, so I am coming out of lurk-ville!
I did get your email a while back about your awesome blog and I have been checking in often ever since.
sorry for my lack of reply, I have no good excuses for not writing you back after you emailed me.
this is so cool to see what you are all up to, I have no blog (although look back at times and think it may have been a good way to go), but I am a facebook junkie.
I would love to get together sometime, maybe while the kids are at school so we have the ability to catch up...and again as families sometime. It has been a really long time!
I am glad to know soemone enjoys my stupid card every year (another thing to stress one out on the long list of things to do during this time of year).
hope to talk to you soon, until then, I will keep checking in!
    :)

  2. Hi Lurky McLurkelston - No worries about lack of response. I know how life w/ 3 kids and a husband, and a house, and you know... life in general can get intense.

Maybe if we commit to getting together before _next_ New Year's we'll actually make it happen!

    ;-)

  3. Hey, Been reading just haven't been writing. Loved the letter from your Grandma. She seems like one smart cookie. I also enjoyed C's blog post. Great job and quite a chuckle.

Happy New Year to you all. Miss you.

  4. Miss you too, T! Good news: we got Mario Kart. Bad news: it's off limits until next weekend. But... once the kids have (stopped being jerks to each other and...) had a suitable training period we'll try hooking up to the internet so we can have epic MK battles.

No need to answer every post - I know you're out there in the ether somewhere and that's a good feeling!
