The forecast high temperature today is 65F. The sun is shining. There were 2 blue jays in the Euonymus bush. There are little green grasslings peaking through the brown. Poppy the dog got her hair cut short. I actually have the urge to do something other than sit on a chair, drink tea, and read. I think this might be our first little taste of dare I say it... SPRING! I know it'll pass and the snow will fall again but I'm really enjoying this little preview.
I'd love to post pictures and I even found the camera (and recharged the batteries) and took a few shots of the greening foothills for you but then I realized I don't have the right cable attached to my new Mr. Laptop and I try not to call Mr. K at work to help me with those sorts of things (well, at least not when I have evening meetings and obligations for the rest of the week, so after long days at work he's got to be all Mr. Dad and Mr. Mom and make dinner and stuff) so you'll just have to trust me - it's gorgeous (so much so that the dog spends hardly any time inside - until she gets tired and needs to pull the covers over her head - go ahead and be impressed, she does all that with NO OPPOSABLE THUMBS - yep, she's a genius).
Wishing you sunny days soon!
