Domestic bliss

I'm no expert housekeeper - I fit those tasks in between my other responsibilities (like watching Deadliest Catch -- why oh why didn't I name my son Sig....). Here are some of the housey things that make me happy (or could make me happy if I had them):

Working glass tumblers (with lids, in all 3 sizes)

Mrs. Meyer*s Clean Day Products (especially window spray and hand soap) in lavender scent

Some people perspire, some even sweat, others (who may or may not write this blog) stink. Nothing works as well as Win Sports Detergent to de-funk the laundry

This shoe rack - not the $100 DWR one, the one Not Martha made - by the door to our garage

I really, really love my Dyson vacuum cleaner.

I also love using the Swiffer base with a damp washcloth tucked into the tabs instead of the Swiffer cloth - works just as well and it's reusable!

Most of all, I would love one of these:

although I think I would find the endless "beep beep" laden banter rather annoying.
