One of K and my fears about getting a smaller dog was that it would be a nervous little lap dog that wouldn't be up to adventuring. This weekend, Poppy proved us very wrong as she expertly completed the hike to Lake Agnes (a short but STEEP, 2-mile round trip).Along the way, she found she prefers the taste of moose poop to elk poop and that not everyone is equally interested in getting barked at while out for a 'peaceful' hike.
Go figure.
